• What are your standard payment terms? We take cash, checks, cashiers checks and credit cards via Paypal. .

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We really want you to be Competely satisfied with our service and will do our best to make sure that your expectations are exceeded!.

• What is your event cancellation policy? We only require a $500.00 deposit for our services which is non-refundable. Our service contract will review all the cancelation policies with our clients..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? It depends upon the type of event you are planning. Please inquire with us about our availability..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I truly love what I do and many times get just as excited as the bride about her upcoming celebration! I love to create designer touches to reallly give your wedding a personalize look and feel. Many local wedding companies are very cookie cutter and sort of out of touch with what a modern bride is looking for! We are very up to date on current trends and always thinking of new ways to make your party even better than our last!.

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? It depends upon the type of wedding you choose to plan. Straight planning and coordination only rates apply if you don't put together a package. Packages are all inclusive. .

• Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Yes, I can give you local information and tell you what my preferences are, however I am not a travel agent and don't book your actual reservations.

• Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? No, there is no charge for an initial consultation. I do offer a special package for couples who just want a push in the right direction with vendor referrals and who want to do the rest of the work themselves for $300.00..

• How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? The contract is an 8 hour day..

• When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? We start with a dollar amount and the idea of what you want your overall event to be. We envision your ideal wedding and then work with that picture in our minds to help create an event that you can afford and one that is as close to your original dream wedding as possible. We add extra touches and do a lot of things ourselves so that we can save money for he couple and still give them designer touches to create a truly unique event!.

• Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? I am gererally present at all meetings and will act in the clients best interest to get them what they want for the best possible price..

• What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? I have managed events of up to 500 guests..

• What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have a reliable colleague who can fill my shoes in an emergency.

• Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? Additional staffing is only required for larger events. Additional staffing runs approx. $150.00 per person. Usually staffing is worked into the cost or estimate. Should additional staffing become necessary, I will alert the bride and groom and we will work out the difference..

• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? I do not get referral fees, I work with many different vendors depending upon the needs of the clients. I only hire the most reliable, honest vendors in the area..

• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? I provide full planning services as well as customized wedding packages to potential clients..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? All islands, yes there is a fee.

• How many wedding do you officiate a year? 30 to 40.

• What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any? none.

• How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license? I usually put it in the mail within a day or 2 after the wedding.

• Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce? I am a non-denominational minister and perform non-denominational weddings. Previous divorce is o.k. Gay and Lesbian is O.K. also..

• How long does the ceremony usually last? 15 to 20 minutes.

• Do you normally attend the reception? Depends upon the situation.

• Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? Yes..

• Will you allow us to write our own vows? Yes..
